	Ronn Palley Chief Pilot	Ronn has over 11,500 hours Pilot in Command flying on the West Coast of British Columbia.  Ronn is an accomplished Class D rescue pilot with numerous completed life saving missions with the North Shore Rescue Team.  Ronn has undergone extensive Aerial Digital Mapping Training including Lidar Mapping, and Aerial Orothographic Photography.  Ronn has over 3000 hours of Aerial mapping experience in the Utility Industry, Oil and Gas Industry, Telecommunications,  Highways and Railroads.  Ronn has an extensive knowledge of  the Aviation Industry.  He is  Airline Transport  (ATPLH) Helicopter rated as well as  an  accomplished Commercial Fixed Wing Pilot with numerous years in management of Helicopter Operations..
	Chris Johnston Operations Manager	With over sixteen years experience in the aviation industry,  Operations Manager Chris Johnston possesses an extensive knowledge of all aspects of helicopter operations and maintenance. Chris completes annual training in both mountain flying and low visibility operations. He has also completed such courses as Transport Canada's Pilot Decision Making and Intensive Mountain Flying. Furthermore he is trained and certified in hover exits. His vast work experience includes film, tourism, forestry, seismic, oil and gas, firefighting and corporate charters. Additionally, Chris's familiarity with both the Coast Mountain Range and the West Coast of British Columbia makes him a valuable asset to Sierra Helicopters Ltd.
